What it is

Selective androgen receptor modulators are androgen-receptor ligands developed to seek tissue-selective anabolic effects. “Selective” does not mean side-effect free, and the degree of tissue selectivity seen in animals does not necessarily translate cleanly to humans.

Research

Clinical development across the SARM class has focused on conditions such as muscle wasting, sarcopenia, and selected cancers.
